This was my first experience buying from Bike Bling and my first Marin.  Came packaged perfectly with zero damage and only took about 20 minutes to get up and running.  Bike is very comfortable and the Shimano motor is smooth and engages so subtly.  Plenty of power for climbing steep hills and you can adjust to your liking.   Very impressed for an avid road and mountain biker with first ebike experience.
