Capacity diminishes quickly |

After around 120 miles of riding and 9 charges this battery is already losing substantial capacity and thus range for the bike. I have contacted the manufacturer and am awaiting a reply, my guess is that they will place the burden of a flawed product that doesn't perform as the specification states and force the consumer to incur that cost of owning a product that works for only a fraction of the time that is advertised
